For UK orders we use Royal Mail (1st Class).

International orders are shipped by air mail.

If the goods are damaged on arrival, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.

Cancellation

If you cancel your order, you will receive a full and prompt refund, but please bear in mind that most orders are dispatched within hours of receipt. If your order has been mailed before cancellation, you may still return it for a refund.
